Are Hair Curlers becoming a fashion statement?
I have noticed a lot of women out in the streets shopping with their hair in rollers in LIverpool UK
I have always either set my hair in private or get it done at a salon
What is your thoughts on wearing curlers in public
It is not classy and looks foolish. I only way it is excusable is if the person if walking from the salon to their home — otherwise they should wear a head scarf.
