What is the best anti-wrinkle face cream?

My mom is 53 and has fat / skin combined with wrinkles. For Christmas I want to buy him some things that make you look younger! I want to buy a cleanser, a peel or microdermabrasion, a night cream and eye cream. I have cut up the marks Roc, Neutrogena and Oil of Olay. Everybody gets good reviews at Amazon. Of these 3, which has actually found to improve skin texture and reduce wrinkles? What is the best for my money?

I read a lot of good comments about the classic Nivea cream in a round blue can. It is the secret of looking young ladies of age in the UK (even called "fountain of youth"). You can be gentle on the skin, but I swear it works well on skin hydration. Believe it or not, I also have oily skin, but when I started using it was able to balance the production of oil from my skin. I just put it every night though.
