It depends on your insurance plan. i work for a dermatologist and skin tags are considered cosmetic by most major insurance companies and you will most likey have to pay out of pocket. as far as your brown spots, if it considered melasma it ios not a cosmetic thing and is covered by insurance. check with your insurance company first.
