what kind of hair perms are there? Is there some limit to it?
And does wavy hair like Miley Cyrus’s hair look bad on asians?
I have straight hair btw.
There’s a perm for basically anything I guess.
There’s a perm to make your hair have that frizzy, volumized look, straight perm, big curl and small curl perm. It might all cost differently though.
I’ve seen girls with the Miley Cyrus hair (and they’re Asian) and it looks beautiful on them. And it looks even better when you grow it out (or at least i think so).
